Contact adhesives can be used to glue foam together. Landau Top & Trim Contact Adhesive is recommended for this, as well as K-Grip and Kwik-Spray. Kwik-Spray comes in two different formulations: a 225, which is heavier viscosity, and a 220. These adhesives can be sprayed from a regular spray gun. However, a [http://www.crittersprayproducts.com/ Critter] spray gun is especially useful for this application, because its container is a standard Mason jar. If you want to change the glue, you can simply change the Mason jar, and cap the one not being used.

K-Grip and Kwik-Spray are useful as foam-to-foam glues because they have a lot less fumes to them, they don't need to be perfectly dry to put the two pieces of foam together, and they aren't as aggressive as the top and trim adhesive but still hold foam together just as well.
