 The out side of the glass is not very hard . choose the glass cleaner of your liking & spray it on liberally,
 rub vigorously back & forth & in circles  concentrating on the edges until clean.
+I like Windex the best but I am always trying new stuff.
+Vinegar & water can be used if you are unable to buy glass cleaner.
 A squeegee can be used too, they come single & double sided .

 News Paper also works real well but can leave ink on your hands.
+Cleaning the inside mainly the windshield & back glass are the hardest to get totally clean because of the angle.
+Put a towel on the dashboard to keep any excess liquid from getting into the instrument panel.
+Using a lot of cleaner spray it from top to bottom & rub just like on the out side paying a lot of attention to the edges that seems to be the spot you will not see until later in the night time.
+And around the rear view mirror.
+Have a Plastic trash bag for the used towels be aware if you have a light colored interior not to set a dirty  paper towel on a seat or piece that the dirt can bleed in.
