Line 1: Line 1:
I have a 69 Camaro that currently has a sbc 400 in it... a few weeks ago I put a Pro Comp 7000 series electronic distributor in it.... I burned up the ignition module after only 3 hrs.... They said to make sure I had 12 volts going to the coil..... I just ran new lines that measured at 12 volts with the key in the run position... but after I installed it & got her running, the wire into the coil reads 14.01 volts.... Is this too much? will this fry another module?
