Harbor Freight is a popular discount tool retailer based in Camarillo, California, and established in 1968. Harbor Freight sells over 8,000 tool and equipment items, through their website, catalog, and over 300 retail stores in 43 states. Many Harbor Freight tools are manufactured in Asia, but sold under American-sounding house brand names (Chicago Electric, Pittsburgh Forge, etc.). Harbor Freight also sells popular, name-brand tools at significantly lower prices than can be found elsewhere.

All hand tools have a lifetime warranty. All other items have a 30-day money back guarantee, and a 90-day replacement, unless otherwise specified. Shipping and handling are not refundable.

From Harbor Freight terms and conditions: "Generators returned for any reason after the 30-day satisfaction guaranteed period will be subject to a 20% restocking charge, and must be returned freight paid."
