== http://www.optimalnutritions.com/nucific-bio-x4 == Whether it's missing in the gym for a day or two days, or eating something you know you will hamper your fitness goals, and a typical logic is to start again on Monday. I want my body to be healthy and in shape so consume foods mostly clean. I eat a clean diet 80-90% with treats sometimes, but most important about my diet part is I do not eat chocolate and then surrender and eat everything in sight. I find that I allowed myself to be treated I meant much less likely to devour one day. Allow yourself treats sometimes, but if you're going to reach your goals, then you should be able to know when to stop - although I admit I have found that it is sometimes hard too! That way you will not see it slipping up because you will be treated; including sometimes in your diet (diet and I mean the public's diet - a way to eat - not some crazy fad diet).
