Killer on the Lam Frank Joseph Federici is wanted on a Canada wide warrant after violating parole conditions. He was described by the National Parole Board earlier this year as untreated violent offender and member of a well known gang. He was out on parole after serving a 14 year manslaughter sentence for a 1998 botched home invasion in Abbotsford in which he stabbed Ted Charles Green 11 times. He had gone to the house in search of a marijuana grow op that he wanted to rob. Federici was first released in November 2007. That was suspended in February 2008 after he admitted to his involvement in drug trafficking and violating other conditions of his parole.
