According to Auto Gear, the NV4500 is VERY finicky when it comes to lubricant. Improper lube will kill a 4500 in short order, its what Syntorq was designed for. If you can find Castrol Syntorq LT 75w-85, use it. If you can't, then get the dealership equivalent and keep the receipt so you have a leg to stand on if there's a service issue. According to one source (Dan @ Quad in Roberts, Montana), the proper Amsoil equivalent has given good results.
