You may notice I removed the block quote and credits from a couple passages of mine from the Hotrodders forum that were used here. I did this when I made additions/changes to the original text because it's obviously now different than the ''original'' text. It's still original- all from me- but in this case I don't need to be credited directly for the text. I think if it were credited like that, contributors will be too hesitant to edit. Maybe a short acknowledgement at the end of that particular section, or a blanket statement that acknowledges ALL the contributors at the beginning or end (or somewhere in between) of the page would be enough? My reasoning on this, is that the direct quote/credit format might deter other contributors from correcting/editing the entries. And if any credited entries were edited and the credits NOT removed, the ''original'' contributor would then be credited w/material not of his making. This could be a problem if the edit was incorrect or the original contributor disagreed w/it. Obviously this is ''just an opinion''. I have absolutely no problem w/how you do it, and the article can be any way you think best.
