When using this method use this Hot and Cold method FIRST... If you use any type of penetrating oils, they tend not to let the water do it's thing when the hot and cold method is used. Please remember heat, & then use the water... several times. I think the water becomes steam which has plenty of penatrating power to get in tight places. You never heard of penetrating oil engines, but everyone has heard of steam engines.
