I have a 1936 ford convertible with a SBC 350. I need some opinions on my intended build. I want to put a t5 tranny in and use a 1955 rear end that I already have. I also intend to use a set of fender headers and run the exhaust under the running boards and out in front of the rear wheels. Has anyone had a problem with the heat from the headers burning the fender paint or running boards melting. What headers and muffler would be good? While we are at it, I am on a budget and I don't want to chage to IFS but I want to use Hydraulic brakes. Has anyone successfully used the adapter rings with 36 spindles and 39 backing plates? What steering would you suggest? Thanks--[[Special:Contributions/72.28.9.187|72.28.9.187]] 21:44, 1 June 2010 (MDT)
