Apple iPhone Insurance User Reviews, coach ipad mini 2 case

There are a number of companies that offer insurance for the iPhone. Asurion insures many kinds of cell phones, including the iPhone. Read on for reviews of Asurion's service by actual customers.

Write A Review

"It's more hassle than it's worth."Don't bother with insurance for your phone. They are refusing to replace my phone and are stalling. It's more hassle than it's worth. Went to Verizon. Told us to file a claim through Asurion online. Did so on Sunday night. I called on a Sunday to get a replacement, and paid the $150 deductible. The phone was delivered on Tuesday evening. I got my phone stolen from me and because it didn't have any minutes used on the phone, I been given the run around, it's taking all day to even get a response. Mobile telephone insurance through this company is suspect. I have coverage for my Samsung GS3, which was lost/stolen. First, they sent me the wrong model of my phone and blamed it on me. Phone was lost/stolen and they said I'm still using phone. I bought it last time I lost my phone for the convenience of getting a replacement quickly. I NEED to be in touch with my clients. This is the biggest scam and runaround ever. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. They charge a monthly insurance fee along with an expensive deductible and give you a NON WORKING phone. I purchased the insurance for my daughter's iPhone. First week of college it needed replaced due to damage. I thought great; I bought the insurance.
