This will be a pictorial article showing one way to build a fiberglass fan shroud. I will work on it as time permits, If anyone would like to help with adding the pictures it would be appreciated. This is a 61 ford starliner with a 427. It needs a fan shroud

I took a bunch of measurements of the radiator, fan and all obstructions and mounting points, then laid them out on a piece of plywood.
