Editing Need help removing a door

I'm replacing a fender on a 66 Sunbeam Alpine and want to remove the door so I can easly take off the old fender and spot weld the new one on.The phillips head screws don't seem to want to move. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Phil
