Editing Do I need to use a 4 bolt main to make 450hp in a 350 chevy

Do I need to use a 4 bolt main to build 450 hp out of a small block chevy (350)... I'm building it for a friend of mine who wants to do it on a budget , I have just finished building a 383 with a compcams 268 blower cam and V1T blower,8.5:1 compression ,scat bottom end, ported fuellie heads, mighty demon 750 blow thro carb and a whole list of other nice parts.... goes really well but I've thrown a whole load more money at it than he wants to spend... any one got any suggestions for the 350 would really be appreciated thanks guys Rob
