(Clean up)
Line 1: Line 1:
hi,ive used por 15 products for awhile. i dont know how they will hold up after years of use. i do know that the chassis on my 1948 ford coupe,is coated with por 15,it has really dulled out. the people that sell por 15,will also sell you a primer (light blue) (1 stage primer) that is supposed to allow adhesion of a nother por 15 product, called hard nose paint. the primer will NOT allow you to fine sand...it gums up.so after trying for the last 3 weeks to remove the primer, ive decided to reprime with a 2 part primer,on some test panels (over por 15)i will let you all know the results. ive placed the panels in SEAWATER, i will leave them for at least 2 months...im Boatbob2@earthlink.net
