He's a quiet, 38 year old Chinese born sushi master whose witty twists on Japanese cuisine have made groupies of kitchen gods like Gordon Ramsay, Daniel Boulud, Jean Georges Vongerichten and Eric Ripert.<br><br>"I've learned a few things from him," says Vongerichten,ray ban pas cher, the Alsace born chef whose global culinary empire includes ABC Kitchen and Perry Street.
