About the chefs?? Chef Mariela Bola?os is the executive chef for MAD Social, the first Stefani's restaurant to launch in 14 years. At MAD Social, Bola?os has created a globally inspired menu with a New American twist. Prior to taking the helm at MAD Social, Bola?os was executive sous chef at Bar Siena and executive chef at Landry's Corporation. In 2005, Chef Bola?os began working at Viand where she ascended the ranks from line cook to executive chef. She is a 2006 graduate of Illinois Institute of Culinary Arts Chicago and worked under the tutelage of Chef Steve Chiapetti, where she developed her talents in classic Italian and French cuisines.
