The picture says its of a extended cab. It is not. It is a standard cab frame.

its easy to tell, as the frame lacks the middle cab support that extended cabs have, it lacks the cross brace for the two piece driveshaft that an extended cab has, and the remaing two cab mounts on each side are way too close together.
