-OK So I got the stolen vehicle report from the police station also had a very sweet female officer come by and with a magnifying glass and some suggestions from me  she agreed to the VIN.
- I wrote up the histiry . Kept my statements short and true.Had them all notarized.
- I went to the registry ONCE and left with my plates and did not have to pay sales tax because in my case the car was in my Dad's posession then mine and no sales tax on a gift(wink,wink)
- Also recently got a YOM pklate that I took to Plymouth RMV because Yarmouth RMV said it could not be repainted. Evidently Plymouth just wants it to be legible.
