:::I've added four images, linked to their respective articles with an alt text when hovered over. The images are formatted to fit my browser, but there's the possibility they may be too wide for other browser settings. So my question is, is there a default width I should be using that will be acceptable to a majority of users?

:::These particular images were chosen for their diversity and hopefully wide recognition, but I'm not sure I'm liking the rail chassis- the detail is somewhat lost in the smaller size it's now in compared to the original, so I will probably be changing it. Obviously if there are other photos that would be better, these can be changed or others added.--[[User:Cobalt327|Cobalt327]] 11:53, 5 March 2012 (MST)

==Img_alt vs tooltip==

==Img_alt vs tooltip==

What are the difference in what they do? After breifly reading up on this, it's unclear to me what the difference is- I use the img_alt to get the image caption when hovering the cursor over the image, and it seemed from the info I read that the tooltip entry would do basically the same thing. I notice (with my browser, at least) that I can leave the tooltip line empty and the img_alt text will appear when hovering. So is there any reason to use the tooltip also?--[[User:Cobalt327|Cobalt327]] 12:04, 5 March 2012 (MST)
