On the floors I might add that if you are considering a car lift or have heavy vehicles now is the time to consider going with a 6" slab rather than the normal 4". Also, if you are in a frost area consult someone about pouring a "frost wall" before the slab is poured. For ease of cleaning/sweeping be sure that the concrete is screened. This give a nice smooth surface.
