Building a 383 stroker

I am buying a 383 stoker for my airboat. I need around 500 HP and around 450 FT LBS torq. All builders ask me what combo I want. I am not a engine guy. I want all forged bottom and top to last and stay together, AFR aluminum heads, what manifold, what carb, what cam, what pistons. I need this motor to idle. I run this engine at 4500rpms to 6000 rpms for about an hour at a time.
