legal issues? we want to know!

Has your online automotive community been faced with any legal issues? Have you had legal action brought against you or your website, or has legal action been threatened against you or your website? If so, we want to know.

Have you had any contact with local, state, or national law enforcement agencies regarding your website? Have you had any communication with a lawyer, or threats to call a lawyer regarding an incident on your website?

Have you been contacted by an offline or online publisher about copyright violations on your website? Have you been issued a DMCA takedown notice?

Has an automotive parts or service supplier taken legal action against you or your website, or threatened to take legal action, for comments made on your website?

Either post in this thread, or, if you prefer, you can contact us privately at information@crankshaftcoalition.com.
